Your role:
As our CRM Manager, you’ll craft and execute fun and engaging CRM campaigns, making our communication personal and impactful. You’ll help grow our community, turning happy customers into excited brand ambassadors. If you’re passionate about impacting early childhood education and want to be part of a fast-growing Edtech, we’d love to have you on board!

Your mission at EDURINO
  • Develop CRM campaigns (email, WhatsApp, app, onsite) to increase customer loyalty
  • Set up email and WhatsApp automations along the customer journey, considering opportunities for personalization and segmentation
  • Define & execute the CRM strategy for DACH and UK B2C together with the Senior CRM Manager
  • Define segments and user data enrichment strategies to personalize CRM communication
  • Carry out lead generation measures to increase the subscriber base of all CRM channels
  • Support with CRM tech projects to ensure an up-to-date tool stack as well as unified customer data view in our CRM setup
  • Adopt new trends and communication channels to increase customer retention
  • Execute A/B tests to identify growth opportunities
  • Grow our Friend Referral program to convert customers into brand ambassadors
  • Coordinate different departments in terms of their customer interactions and establish a way to increase the level and effectiveness of their cooperation
It is a match if you…
  • Have gathered experience in CRM, preferably in a startup environment or e-commerce
  • Hold a degree in a marketing or business administration related field
  • Have worked with E-Mail Marketing tools (ideally Klaviyo)
  • Combine creativity with an analytical mindset
  • Are passionate about our brand, and want to form the future of digital education with us
  • Are highly motivated, see new challenges as an opportunity and want to implement your own ideas
  • Are business-fluent in English and German or an English native speaker

Ideally,
  • You’ve already set up the CRM for a start-up or e-commerce company
  • Have experience with CRM tech projects and the setup of CRM automations

How to become part of the team

  1. We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions. 
  2. Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
  3. We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved. 
  4. You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
  5. After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay! 
  6. The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!

Deine Mission bei EDURINO
  • Entwickle CRM-Kampagnen (E-Mail, WhatsApp, App, vor Ort), um die Kundenbindung zu stärken.
  • Richte E-Mail- und WhatsApp-Automatisierungen entlang der Customer Journey ein und berücksichtige dabei Möglichkeiten zur Personalisierung und Segmentierung.
  • Definiere und implementiere die CRM-Strategie für DACH und UK B2C zusammen mit unserer Senior CRM Managerin.
  • Definiere Segmente und Strategien zur Anreicherung von Nutzerdaten, um die CRM-Kommunikation zu personalisieren.
  • Führe Maßnahmen zur Lead-Generierung durch, um die Abonnentenzahl aller CRM-Kanäle zu erhöhen.
  • Unterstütze bei CRM-Technikprojekten, um einen starken Tool-Stack sowie eine einheitliche Kundendatenansicht in unserem CRM-Setup sicherzustellen.
  • Übernimm neue Trends und Kommunikationskanäle, um die Kundenbindung zu erhöhen.
  • Führe A/B-Tests durch, um Wachstumschancen zu identifizieren.

  • Hast du mit E-Mail-Marketing-Tools gearbeitet (idealerweise Klaviyo).

  4. Du triffst eine unserer beiden Gründerinnen. Je nach Position werden wir dich nun um einige Referenz-Kontakte bitten.
  5. Nach nur wenigen Tagen melden wir uns bei dir mit der finalen Entscheidung und du wirst Teil von #teamedurino.
