About Edurino

EDURINO is a new way of educational gaming loved by kids and parents alike. We rethink how kids learn and play with our hybrid learning system that combines a digital app, real figurines and our ergonomic stylus. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and interactive, game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old. 
We have a strong investor backing (a.o. DN Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, FJ Labs, b2venture, and Emerge Education) and are about to expand our reach to more learners around the globe!

Role Purpose
We're on the lookout for a (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about creating educational games for children. This role is crucial in steering our game production teams towards developing engaging, user-centric games that not only entertain but also educate. You'll lead product decisions, ensuring our games are fun and engaging for our young audience while meeting the highest educational standards. This position requires strong leadership skills to guide and influence the product development process.

This role can be performed in our Munich office, Berlin co-working space and/or remotely in Germany or the UK. #LI-Remote #LI-Hybrid

Your mission at EDURINO
  • User-Centric Design: Guide our development process with a focus on our young users, incorporating feedback from children, parents, and educators to create intuitive and engaging game experiences.

  • Game Vision: Support our VP Product in crafting and executing a compelling gaming product vision that aligns with our educational goals and standards, ensuring our games deliver meaningful learning experiences.

  • Data-Informed Strategy: Define & utilise data analytics to guide product decisions, measure learning outcomes, and optimise game engagement and effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate closely with project managers, game designers, developers, educational consultants, data analysts and our marketing team to ensure product decisions are aligned and executed seamlessly.

  • Market and Educational Trends: Stay on top of the latest trends in educational technology and gaming for children, leveraging insights to inform product strategy and innovation.

  • Product Advocacy: Champion the product internally and externally, ensuring all stakeholders understand its value and impact on children's learning.

  • ... have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in game development, consumer technology or a related field focused on children's products.

How to become part of the team

  1. We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions. 
  2. Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
  3. We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved. 
  4. You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
  5. After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay! 
  6. The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
