About Edurino

EDURINO is a new way of educational gaming loved by kids and parents alike. We rethink how kids learn and play with our hybrid learning system that combines a digital app, real figurines and our ergonomic stylus. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and interactive, game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old. 
We have a strong investor backing (a.o. DN Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, FJ Labs, b2venture, and Emerge Education) and are about to expand our reach to more learners around the globe!

We are building an innovative Marketing team to help EDURINO on the way to becoming the brand for digital education – that's why we need you as (Jr.) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on SEA!

Your mission at EDURINO
  • You conceptualize, implement and optimise our performance marketing channels as a channel owner with focus on:

    • Google Ads (especially search ads, shopping ads, and performance max ads)

    • Bing Ads

    • Amazon Ads

  • You analyse campaign and ad performance and identify opportunities to improve the campaigns.

  • You create reportings by using our comprehensive data base and dashboards and permanently develop them further together with the whole Performance Marketing team.

  • You build up a profound strategy for brand searchterms and prospecting searchterms by continuously analysing them, optimising them and searching for new searchterm opportunities.

  • You optimise towards set KPIs (CPO, ROAS) in close exchange with our Performance Marketing Lead.

  • You implement performance marketing channels in new countries starting with DACH and UK.

  • You are always looking for new trends and solutions around performance marketing.

  • You work closely with our Brand Marketing team, especially our Brand Manager, Brand Designer and Shopify Owner on landing page strategies, and give data insights to the wider team to scale our business (e.g. for SEO, ASO, …).

It is a match if you…
  • ... gained (first) experience in Performance Marketing at a consumer and/or eCommerce brand (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, Marketing tracking solutions) – we are open for more junior talents and likewise for more experienced candidates!

  • ... love working data driven and analytical, bringing this data perspective into consideration of the design by the creatives, and landing pages and the copy of the ads.

  • … understand the importance of the level of accuracy required to successfully implement performance search campaigns and are detail-oriented.

  • … are not afraid to handle campaigns with a 6-figure budget spend per month.

  • … are hands-on and always eager to implement new campaigns short-term.

  • … are a team player and have a growth mentality.

  • … are business-fluent in English and German (C1) – German skills are mandatory due to the (partly German) copies you work with.

How to become part of the team

  1. We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions. 
  2. Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
  3. We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved. 
  4. You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
  5. After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay! 
  6. The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
